Bike: Kawasaki

What year did you start riding? 2001
How did you get involved with motocross? We built a house out in the country and our neighbors
have dirtbikes.

What do you like most about motocross? Ummm, I don't know. I guess everything about the sport.

What does your significant other think of the sport? Yea, right! I haven't had a real girlfriend
since kindergarten, but I have lots of them in the garage!.

What has been your best accomplishment in motocross? I've had lots of accomplishments from begining
to ride, to doing heel-clickers. I consider winning and coming in last both as an accomplishment.
Everything in this sport is an accomplishment..

What has been your worst experience in motocross? Either casing the catapult jump at IMX Arena,
knocking off my braces and getting 8 stitches in my bottom lip, or almost pulling the holeshot at
a Loretta Lynn qualifer and being taken out and run over in first corner.

What do you feel is an area that could be improved in any aspect of motocross?:
I think that some flaggers need to pull their head out of their butt, but some are pretty decent.

What is your favorite track?: Mt. Carroll, Illinois

Who is your favorite pro rider and why? Travis Pastrana, because he's not afraid of anything on
the track. He's always on the gas, whether he's upside down, sideways, or backwards!! He's also
the nicest guy off the track.

What other sports or hobbies do you participate in? None, I'm too busy ridin!!

Who maintains your bike? My dad, RPC, and Kleppe's PowerSports, but Mom washes them.

What tracks do you race or ride at? Mt. Carroll, IL, Byron, IL, Cedar Rapids, Galesburg, IL,
Winterset, Coal Valley, IL, Kahoka, MO Walnut,IL

What local rider do you like? Ryan Poulter , Zach Johnson, Scott Wulfkuehle, Ryan Sindt, Austin
Raubs, Todd Walton, Cody Gilmore and Teddy Maier.

Give a brief description of why you enjoy the sport of motocross in your own words.
Motocross is a sport that you perform by yourself. You have your support system, but ultimately
it comes down to you and only you. You get a satisfaction from it that you can never achieve in
a team sport.
