                What's your worst crash?    Second race at Hawkeye Downs, I went flying around a corner and flew off my quad and landed on my butt!  To top it all off, I also did a barrel roll, which eventually slowed me down.

  

                Who is your favorite rider locally, and why?   Nicole Weis – For women bikes!  You go girl!!!

 

                  How many times a week do you practice?   When I can!

 

                How do you prepare  for a race?  No junk food and load up on water and Gatorade to keep myself hydrated.

 

                  Do you think that female and male riders should always race separate classes, or do you think people should not make a big deal when a woman races in the men's class?   No big deal, in Iowa the Quad classes consist of all men and I’m the only female riding with them.

  

                Is there a lot of competition?  Yes

 

      Are there any other female riders racing with you, how many?  None

Have you ever had a male rider give you some rough riding?   If so, how did you react to it? No

 

Do you find it difficult to obtain sponsors being a woman?   Yes, because they laugh about a woman rider.

 

Does your family provide you support, moral, etc.?  My husband also rides and he is my support Blanket.

 

Do you find it hard to buy gear that actually fits?      YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

 What is the brand of gear that fits you best, and why?  No Fear, because of the adjustable waist and Acerbis.

 

 Is there a brand(s) of gear that doesn’t fit you comfortably, and why?  Thor, because the waist Isn’t adjustable.

  

Is there anything else that you would like us to know about yourself?  I tried racing this year with the attitude to do my best and not get killed.  It worked, and I got a few trophies and plaques!!

  

Which track(s) do you normally race at?  Waterloo, IA(National Cattle Congress), Hawkeye Downs (Cedar Rapids, IA), different Fair races across Iowa.
